Kansas Statutes § 25-2012 Canvass of election; certification of results
Statute Text
School elections shall be canvassed by election boards in other local elections insofar as is practicable, and where it is not practicable, the county election officer shall provide therefor by other appropriate means. The county election officer shall promptly certify to the state board the determination of election results made by the board of county canvassers. Upon completion of every school election canvass by the county board of canvassers, the names of the persons elected to a school office, together with a statement of the office to which each is so elected, shall promptly be certified by the county election officer to the clerk of each affected school district.
