Kansas Statutes § 25-208 Place of filing nomination petitions and declarations
Statute Text
All nomination petitions and declarations of candidates shall be filed as follows:
(1)
For state officers, United States senator, representatives in congress, in the office of the secretary of state.
(2)
For all county and township officers and precinct committeemen and committeewomen, in the office of the county election officer.
