Kansas Statutes § 25-2106 Definition of "filing deadline"; no withdrawal after deadline
Statute Text
"Filing deadline" means the hour, date or time after which it is provided by law no person may become a candidate for election to public office. After the effective date of this act, no candidate shall be permitted to withdraw his candidacy after the filing deadline.
