Kansas Statutes § 25-2107 City elections; when held
Statute Text
(a)
The general election of city officers shall be held on the Tuesday following the first Monday in November of each odd-numbered and even-numbered years, if needed.
(b)
A primary may be held on the first Tuesday in August of each odd-numbered and even-numbered year, if needed, as prescribed in K.S.A. 25-205 and 25-2108a, and amendments thereto.
