Up to Article 29: Voting Procedure

Statute Text

(a) If not already folded, the election board shall fold each ballot before handing the same to a voter. Upon leaving the booth, the voter shall deliver the ballot or set of ballots to one of the judges, who shall promptly and in the presence of the voter and of the election board, properly clip the number therefrom and deposit the ballots in their respective ballot boxes.
