Kansas Statutes § 25-306c Certificates of nomination; public inspection
Statute Text
Upon the filing thereof, all certificates of nomination shall be open to public inspection. The secretary of state or the county election officer having charge of such certificates shall retain such certificates for at least one year following the date of the election.
