Kansas Statutes § 25-3103 Final and intermediate canvasses by county board
Statute Text
(a)
The county board of canvassers shall make the final canvass of election returns of every county, township, city and school election whether the same is an election of officers or a question submitted election.
(b)
The county board of canvassers shall make the intermediate canvass of election returns for the following elections:
(1)
Question submitted elections on constitutional amendments;
(2)
Elections of national and state officers;
(3)
Any other election for which it is provided by law the county board of canvassers shall make an intermediate canvass.
