Kansas Statutes § 25-3303 Removing names from party affiliation list
Statute Text
Whenever a name is
[purged]
removed
from the voter registration books as provided by
K.S.A.
25-2316c
,
and amendments thereto,
such name shall also be
[purged or]
removed from the party affiliation list.
