Up to Article 47: Help America Vote Act of 2002 Administrative Complaint Act

Statute Text

The secretary of state may issue subpoenas for a witness or any material that is relevant to the administration of this act. The secretary of state may issue subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses and/or production of books, documents and records anywhere in the state in any hearing held under the provisions of this act.
