Kansas Statutes § 25-619 Names on ballots not to be accompanied by prefix or suffix; exception
Statute Text
No title, degree or other symbol of accomplishment, occupation or qualification either by way of prefix or suffix shall accompany or be added to the name of any candidate for nomination or election to any office on ballots in any primary or general election. The provisions of this section shall not prohibit use of a prefix or suffix when necessary to distinguish one candidate from another.
