Kentucky Statutes § 117.058 Legislative approval for certain boundary changes
Statute Text
The county board of elections shall not add territory to, delete territory from, or otherwise change the boundary of any congressional, representative, or senatorial district without legislative approval to redefine the district in the form of a legislative act changing the district's boundaries. Nothing in this section shall be deemed to prohibit the consolidation, creation or division of precincts within legislative and congressional district boundaries under
