Kentucky Statutes § 119.225 Denial of rights of inspectors by county board of elections
Statute Text
Any member of a county board of elections who refuses to permit an inspector designated under
KRS
117.275
and
117.315
to exercise free and full action in witnessing the count of the ballots, or interferes with the right of such an inspector to have a free and full opportunity to witness the count of the ballots, shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
