Louisiana Regulations § 31-III-133 Right to Protest Drayage or Storage Contract Award
Regulation Text
A.
All proceedings herewith shall be carried out in accordance with the Conduct of Hearing Rules set forth in LAC 34:I.Chapter 31.
B.
Any bidder may protest a solicitation or an award of a contract to the Secretary of State.
C.
In regard to the solicitation of a drayage or storage contract, the protest must be made in writing at least two days prior to the opening of bids.
D.
In regard to the award of any contract, a written protest must be made within 14 days after the contract is awarded.
