Regulation Text

A. If the expenditures for an individual executive branch official exceeds $50 on any one occasion or exceeds an aggregate of $250 during a six-month reporting period, then R.S. 49:76 E requires that the name and agency of the executive branch official and the total amount of expenditures spent on that individual in a reporting period be disclosed on Schedule A of the expenditure report.
B. Any expenditure made in connection with a sporting or cultural event as permitted by R.S. 42:1123 (13) shall be included in calculating the amount spent on an elected executive branch official and in determining whether additional reporting as required by R.S. 49:76 E is necessary.
C. Any expenditure subject to additional reporting under R.S. 49:76 F shall not be included in calculating the amount spent on an individual executive branch official for purposes of determining whether additional reporting is required by R.S. 49:76 E.
