Louisiana Statutes § 18:462 Officials with whom candidates qualify
Statute Text
A.
State candidates shall qualify for a primary election with the secretary of state or a person in his office designated to receive qualifying papers.
B.
Local and municipal candidates shall qualify for a primary election with the clerk of court for the parish in which the candidate is registered to vote.
