Maine Statutes § 823 Directions for voting
Statute Text
A voter must follow the same procedure before voting as if paper ballots were being used. The voter is entitled to the same assistance in voting by machine as by paper ballot. [RR 2019, c. 2, Pt. B, §65 (COR).]
