Maine Statutes § 851 Preparation for elections

The municipal clerk shall perform the following duties in preparing for an election. [ 1985, c. 161, §6 (NEW).]
1.
Ballots and supplies.
The municipal clerk shall have the electronic tabulating devices prepared for the election and shall deliver the tabulating devices, voting booths, tamper-proof ballot boxes, ballots, secrecy ballot envelopes, marking devices and other records and supplies as required to conform with the tabulating system in use and applicable laws.
