Maryland Regulations § 33.02.01.03 Public Participation Limited
Regulation Text
A member of the public attending an open session may not participate in the session except to the extent:
A.
The board expressly invites public testimony, questions, comments, or other forms of public participation; or
B.
A person is entitled by law to participate.
