Maryland Regulations § 33.05.05.02 Voter Notification Card - Required Contents
Regulation Text
The voter notification card (VNC) required by this chapter shall include:
A.
The name and address of the voter;
B.
The date of issue;
C.
The ward, districts, and precinct of the voter's residence;
D.
Party affiliation, if any; and
E.
The name and address of the appropriate polling place.
