Regulation Text
The notice to be provided under Regulation .01B of this chapter:
A.
Shall include prominent notices posted at the affected polling places; and
B.
May include:
(1)
Television, radio, and newspaper announcements and advertisements;
(2)
Information in the specimen ballot; and
(3)
Postings on the Internet.
