Maryland Regulations § 33.12.02.08 Personnel-Instructions; Assignments
Regulation Text
Before the recount begins, the local board shall:
A.
Instruct all personnel in their respective duties; and
B.
Have them complete and sign a recount assignment sheet, in the form specified by the State Board.
