A.
Except as provided in §B of this subsection, any campaign material published or distributed by a person making independent expenditures shall include:
(1)
The name and business address of the person; and
(2)
The following statement: "This message has been authorized and paid for by (name and address of the person making independent expenditures), (name and title of the treasurer or other individual designated as responsible for the campaign material that is a public communication).This message has not been authorized or approved by any candidate or ballot issue committee."
B.
After registration with the State Board, any campaign material published or distributed by the person making independent expenditures does not need to include a business address of the person.
