Reports. A political action committee shall file campaign finance reports required under Election Law Article, §
13-309

B.
Disclosure Reports. In addition to the reports required under §A of this regulation, a political action committee registered to make exclusively independent expenditures or disbursements for electioneering communications, or both, shall file disclosure reports required under Election Law Article, §
13-309.1
