Maryland Regulations § 33.15.01.02 Directories
Regulation Text
A.
Boards to Prepare. Each local board shall prepare and make available to the public a directory of street addresses in its area.
B.
Format. The directory shall:
(1)
List these addresses in alphanumerical order; and
(2)
Identify for each listing the applicable:
(a)
Ward,
(b)
Precinct,
(c)
Districts, and
(d)
Postal ZIP code.
C.
Update. The local board shall update street files as needed to reflect new or changed:
(1)
Street addresses; or
(2)
Wards, precincts, or districts.
