A.
Between Office and Early Voting Centers. The local board shall ensure that, throughout early voting, each early voting center is equipped with the ability to communicate directly with the local board office.
B.
Communications Log.
(1)
Each local board shall maintain an early voting communications log.
(2)
The communications log shall contain the information listed in COMAR
33.07.03.02
C.
(3)
If requested by the State Administrator, the election director shall submit, within the time the State Administrator requests, a copy of the communications log.
