Maryland Regulations § 33.19.04.03 Responsibility of Election Judges
Regulation Text
The election judges assigned to same day registration and address changes shall:
A.
Ensure that all individuals who are not eligible to vote a regular ballot are offered a provisional ballot; and
B.
Ensure that each individual is issued the appropriate ballot.
