Maryland Statutes § 12-302 Application
Statute Text
(a)
This subtitle applies only to a person that accepts public campaign financing under:
(1)
Title 15 of this article; or
(2)
§
13-505
of this article.
(b)
A person may accept a donation or make a disbursement relating to a contested election only if the person:
(1)
establishes a contested election committee; and
(2)
discloses the donations and disbursements in accordance with this subtitle.
