Maryland Statutes § 12-307 Report
Statute Text
(a)
The treasurer of a contested election committee shall file reports with the State Board as required in this subtitle:
(1)
using an electronic format;
(2)
with the electronic signature of the treasurer filing the report;
(3)
under oath; and
(4)
subject to the penalties for perjury.
(b)
The State Board shall make the reports submitted under this subtitle publicly available on the Internet.
