Maryland Statutes § 13-214 Responsibility
Statute Text
(a)
The responsible officers of a campaign finance entity are jointly and severally responsible for:
(1)
filing all campaign finance reports in full and accurate detail; and
(2)
except as otherwise provided in this title, all other actions of the entity.
(b)
Notice shall be provided to a campaign finance entity by serving the responsible officers.
(c)
The State Board satisfies all notice requirements under this title by sending notices to the addresses provided by the responsible officers of a campaign finance entity under §
13-207
(c)
of this subtitle.
