Maryland Statutes § 14-102 Applicability
Statute Text
For purposes of this title, words and phrases defined under §
1-101
of this article shall be deemed, as the case may be, to include or apply to an individual who seeks or holds elective office in a municipal corporation and a campaign fundraising entity for that individual.
