Maryland Statutes § 3-103 Website containing voter registration informatoin
Statute Text
The State Board shall maintain a page on its website that:
(1)
explains in plain, easily understandable language the requirements for students enrolled in institutions of higher education to register to vote in the State; and
(2)
includes links to information regarding voter registration requirements and voting by absentee ballot in other states in which students enrolled in institutions of higher education may reside.
