Massachusetts Statutes § 53:120 Preservation of ballots and voting lists, etc
Statute Text
The secretary of a caucus held under the three preceding sections shall, at the written request of ten voters entitled to vote in the caucus, preserve all ballots cast and voting lists used therein for three months, and shall produce the same if required by any court, board, convention or other tribunal having jurisdiction thereof.
