Up to Chapter 53: Nominations, Questions To Be Submitted To The Voters, Primaries And Caucuses

In cities and towns where the question of holding presidential primaries by wards, precincts or groups of precincts is determined by the aldermen or selectmen, they shall give notice of their determination to the state secretary on or before the third Wednesday in November in the year preceding the year in which presidential electors are to be elected.
