Massachusetts Statutes § 53:94 Notice by city or town committees

Up to Chapter 53: Nominations, Questions To Be Submitted To The Voters, Primaries And Caucuses

At least seven days prior to the day named for a caucus, the city or town committee shall issue a notice that such caucus will be held, stating the place, the day and the hour of holding the same. The hour shall not be earlier than two o'clock in the afternoon nor later than half past seven o'clock in the evening. Such notices, and notices relative to the filing of nomination papers, shall be published at least twice in one or more local newspapers, if any.
