Massachusetts Statutes § 54:36 Number of election officers when voting machines used

Statute Text

In any election when voting machines are used in any polling place in any city or town, the number of election officers in such polling place may be less than six in the discretion of the board, body or official in which or in whom the authority to determine the number of election officers in such polling place is vested by law, subject to section thirteen.
