Massachusetts Statutes § 54:9 Discontinuance of voting precincts

Up to Chapter 54: Elections

Statute Text

Any town of fewer than 6,200 inhabitants may discontinue its voting precincts; and subsequent elections therein shall be held as if no such division had been made. Any such discontinuance shall be subject to the second paragraph of section nine A.
