Up to Chapter 55: Disclosure And Regulation Of Campaign Expenditures And Contributions

Statute Text

If a person charged by the report with the commission of an offence is not in custody, the court shall forthwith issue a process for his apprehension; but such process may issue before the filing of said report, if otherwise lawful.
