Massachusetts Statutes § 56:52 Forgery or destruction of ballots; defacement
Statute Text
Whoever wilfully forges or falsely makes the official endorsement on any ballot, or wilfully destroys or defaces a ballot, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than one year.
