Rule 37.
(1)
The cash on hand at beginning of accounting period shall be part of the aggregate receipts for the next ensuing election, but need not be further itemized.
(2)
A committee shall not qualify for a reporting waiver if the committee has cash on hand in excess of the amount specified in section 24(4) of the act.
