The public information list provided by the secretary of state must contain the information required by Minnesota Statutes, section
201.091
, subdivision 4, and must not contain the information in Minnesota Statutes, section
201.091
, subdivision 9. The public information list may also include the precinct, ward, congressional district, legislative district, county commissioner district, judicial district, school district, or other identifiers for each election district in which the voter resides. The public information list may be requested in electronic or other media.
