Mississippi Regulations § 1-10-8.4 County Election Commissioner Compensation

A per diem claim form (Exhibit F) is to be used by commissioners and provides that each commissioner sign an oath to be notarized to the effect that they are reporting correct time worked and also that the commission chairman sign verifying the accuracy of the commissioner's reported title.
