Regulation Text
If a qualified elector appears at a Registrar's Office or Municipal Clerk's Office to vote by absentee ballot, or at a polling place to vote on an election day, yet is unable to present Acceptable Photographic Identification, or states he or she has a religious objection to being photographed, the elector shall be entitled to vote by affidavit ballot pursuant to Miss.
