Advisory Opinion Text

A circuit judge who is a candidate to succeed himself under the provisions of the Missouri nonpartisan court plan is required under the provisions of Section 120.345, Senate Bill No. 135 Seventy-fifth General Assembly to file his declaration of candidacy in person with the office of the Secretary of State except as otherwise therein provided.
