Missouri Statutes § 115.031 Election commissioner, qualifications of

Up to Election Authorities

Statute Text

Each election commissioner shall be a registered voter and a resident of the jurisdiction for which he is appointed for at least one year preceding his appointment. During his term of office, no commissioner shall hold any statutory position within a political party or on a political committee, be a candidate for political office or hold any other public office.
