Missouri Statutes § 115.093 Vacancy, how filled

Statute Text

If an election judge dies, resigns, becomes incapacitated, becomes disqualified, is removed pursuant to section 115.099 , or is otherwise unable or unwilling to serve during his term, the election authority shall appoint another qualified person from the same political party as the unable or unwilling judge to serve as a temporary judge or for the unexpired term.
