Missouri Statutes § 116.290 Printing of copies of statewide measures - to be posted at polling places - distribution, exception
Statute Text
1.
The secretary of state shall distribute copies of each statewide ballot measure, except proposed constitutions as published in newspapers for legal notice of the election.
2.
The secretary of state shall print copies of each proposed constitution in pamphlet form.
3.
From copies delivered by the secretary of state, each election authority shall post at least two copies of each notice and pamphlet at each polling place during the time the polls are open.
4.
The secretary of state shall print any new language being proposed for adoption or rejection in boldface type.
