The benchmark performance standard for voting systems approved under
13-17-101
, MCA, is based on commonly accepted industry standards for readily available technologies. These standards shall at the time of certification conform to all applicable federal requirements, as well as state requirements listed in the Montana Code Annotated and Administrative Rules of Montana.
