Montana Statutes § 13-1-115 Privilege from arrest
Statute Text
Electors may not be arrested during their attendance at elections and in going to and from voting places in polling place elections and to and from places of deposit in mail ballot elections, except in cases of treason, felony, or breach of the peace.
