Montana Statutes § 13-15-208 Determining total vote cast for all candidates for an office
Statute Text
When an elector may vote for two or more candidates for the same office, the total vote cast for all candidates for the office is the total vote cast for all candidates divided by the number of candidates officially declared nominated or elected as shown by the official returns.
