Montana Statutes § 13-16-302 Service of copy of application - hearing
Statute Text
The candidate found to be elected as a result of the original or first canvass must be served with a copy of the application for recount. The candidate must be given an opportunity to be heard and must be permitted to be present and to be represented at any recount.
